Coach Amp GmbH ("Coach Amp", "we", "us") is committed to permission-based email and to keeping inboxes free of unsolicited messages. This policy applies to all email that promotes or references coachamp.com, and to everyone who sends email on our behalf.

Our commitment

We send commercial or promotional email only to recipients who have given us prior, verifiable consent — for example our customers, registered users, and people who have explicitly subscribed to our communications. We do not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("spam"), and we do not buy, rent, trade, scrape, or otherwise acquire email addresses from third parties for the purpose of sending. We prohibit our employees, contractors, affiliates, resellers, and any third parties from advertising coachamp.com through unsolicited messages; any such activity will be stopped and the arrangement with the sender terminated.

Consent and opt-out

Every marketing email we send clearly identifies Coach Amp as the sender and includes a working, one-click unsubscribe link. We honour opt-out requests promptly and permanently suppress unsubscribed, hard-bouncing, and complaining addresses from future sends. We retain records of the consent on which our mailings rely.

If you believe you have received an unsolicited email referencing coachamp.com, or that someone is misusing our name to send email, please contact us at abuse@coachamp.com. We investigate every report and take corrective action.
